She presented very popular cookery demonstrations at The Market Clonmellon in 2023. \n\n\n\nHaving grown up surrounded by family in food businesses\, Tara decided to hone her skills at Le Cordon Bleu\, Paris. \n\n\n\nTeaching and connecting over culinary expertise and experience led her to open the East Coast Cookery School in Termonfeckin\, Co. Louth\, where she spent 13 years sharing her love of authentic ingredients and teaching people to cook from scratch with the best seasonal ingredients.\n\n\nCooking fuss-free\, good-for-you meals led her to write her first cookbook\, “Good Food No Stress\,” published by Mercier Press in March 2017. \n\n\n\nShe hosts regular online cook-along classes using the same care and attention. \n\n\n\nWe can’t wait to see her on the 13th of July!!
