DESCRIPTION:SOS and the Kells Family Resource Centre invite you attend a half day Wellness Workshop\, an opportunity for you to take time out for yourself and learn a wide range of practical tips\, tools and techniques that you can use in your everyday life to improve your own wellness. \nTopics covered in the workshop include: \n• relaxation and stress management \n• feeding the Wolf of Hope \n• the relationship between thoughts and emotions \n• how to develop a wellness toolkit and daily wellness plan \n• a tool to help you find balance in everyday life \nWellness Workshops are informal and relaxed. They are facilitated by people with both lived life experience of mental health struggles\, and people with experience of working in the area of mental health. A comprehensive Wellness Workbook to support you in maintaining your daily wellness is included and refreshments will be provided. \nThere is no cost to attend however there is a refundable booking fee of €10 (or €5 if you are in receipt of a social welfare payment\, are a student or are over 65 – to access the discounted rate\, please apply the promo code WELL5).
