From laying out a delicious breakfast with freshly prepared potato waffles to order, taking into consideration an off-pace morning start, to even coordinating transportation to a nearby event, Peggy’s hospitality and consideration are deeply appreciated. One of the visitors remembers with affection how, when the taxis were booked, Peggy’s husband Paddy drove them in person to and from a concert – a small act of courtesy they will always treasure.
